Introduction
The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by helicopter is a package that satisfies your wish to visit Mt. Kailash and the holy lake Mansarovar. It is the easiest and fastest way of doing it. Also, it is better for old age people or physically weak persons who cannot move on tough land during Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
Mount Kailash: Not just a mountain; it’s also known as 4 different religions i.e., Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism & Bon — the most sacred place which represents faith and belief. The mountain is located near Lake Manasarovar as well as Lake Rakshastal. This mountain is considered as the origin of four major rivers of Asia namely Indus river, Sutlej river, Brahmaputra River (Yarlung Tsangpo) and Karnali – longest tributary of Ganges). People who are unable to take bath in Lake Manasarovar takes bath in those rivers with same devotion believing so.
Mansarovar: Another holy site situated northwards from Mt.Kailash has got its significance among some other religions like Mt.Kailash does too according to their respective religious texts because each religion has its own belief system about Mansarovar yatra based upon their religious scriptures.

Welcome to Nepal, a representative from Kailash Omyatra will be there at the Tribhuvan International airport to meet & greet you and transfer you to the hotel by private vehicle.

08:00 AM – After Breakfast – sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, Shakti Peeth, Boudha Stupa and Budhanilkantha.

This day after lunch, at 3:00PM drive to the airport and fly to Nepalgunj.

Early morning after tea, you will drive to Nepalgunj airport to catch the flight to Simikot. Simikot (2910m) is the district Headquarter of Humla, a mountain district of Nepal. It is also a gateway to the Kailash tour by Helicopter. You will spend the rest of the day there to acclimatize; and if you will have a little more time, you will do a short trek around Simikot. In the meantime we will finish immigration process on the Nepal side. Overnight stay in Hotel.

After breakfast, we will walk to Simikot airport and take a helicopter to Hilsa. It takes 20 minutes to reach Hilsa. You will see the scenic view of green hills and snow capped mountains along with the deep river gorge of River Karnali from the helicopter. After a 30 minute walk from Hilsa, we will reach the immigration office and we will get the pass to enter Tibet. Our vehicle will be waiting for us on the Tibet side. After a 45 minutes drive, we will arrive at Taklakot/Purang (4025 m). Overnight stay at Hotel in Taklakot.

After breakfast, we drive to the holy and beautiful lake MANSAROVAR (4550m). It is 88 km from Taklakot to Mansarovar which will take 1.5 hours. RAKCHHAS TAL is another lake on the way to Mansarovar; we stop there for a few minutes to catch an amazing beauty of the lake. Then we continued to drive to Mansarovar. When we arrive at Mansarovar, we will take a rest with lunch at the guest house; and we will be ready for Mansarovar kora with a vehicle. It is the most auspicious day for us as we will see the first glimpse of holy Kailash and sacred Lake Mansarovar. We will take a holy bath on the bank of Mansarovar. Overnight stay at Guest house in Mansarovar.

Trek After breakfast drive towards Yama Dwate via Darchen. Yamadwar (Tarboche) is the starting point of Kailash Parikrama. Tarboche is also well known as an outer “Asthapath”. It is one of the exciting days walking along the beautiful rocky cliffs; waterfalls with some clouds in the clear blue sky which makes you feel that Great God Shiva is everywhere with tons of blessing to you. We see Ganesh Parwat on its’ side. Time to time the north face of Kailash Parbat will keep on appearing. Overnight at Guest house. If you are not doing Parikrama, then you will be waiting at Darchen till Group return from Parikrama; we will arrange accommodation and meals.

After breakfast, we trek to the East face of Kuberknuda pass (5,700 m) and then descending gradually to Zuthulpuk (4760m). Yamasthal should be crossed to reach the Shiva-sthal while your steps go towards the Kuberkunda pass with climbing ropes and other equipment. Once we reach the top we see many spectacular views of the east face of Mt. kailash and the origin of the Uma River which is not possible from other spots. From the top, we also can catch the close view of Nandi Hill, Asthapath and more. Then we descended towards Zuthulpuk passing moving rocks. By late afternoon we will arrive in Zuthulpuk- the cave of Miracles, the great ascetic Milerappa is supposed to have performed miracles here. Overnight at Guest house, Breakfast, Packed Lunch; Dinner at Guest House.

If you stayed in Hilsa then Early in the morning, fly by Heli to Simikot. We will catch another flight to Nepalgunj. Drive to the hotel at Nepalgunj, have lunch and take a rest for a while, in the evening 4:PM drive to the airport, fly to Kathmandu. Dinner & overnight at Kathmandu.

Final Departure Nearly 2 hours before your scheduled flight, our company representative will take you to the airport. If anyone would like to go to Muktinath then the itinerary will be added as per the route.
